the staff are really friendly. they did upgrade my room free of charge. this was a welcome surprise. i wasn't expecting that at all.
the mattress felt a bit soft. the hotel feels dated inside. it needs a bit of updating if i be honest.

The room was very clean. I found the staff helpful. They quickly addressed my questions. The hotel location allowed easy access to the pier. The bar area was well-stocked, and I enjoyed a drink in the evenings.

the location was great! it was so close to the beach and pier, just across the road. the staff were really friendly and helpful, a big plus for me. the hotel was also surprisingly quiet at night, even being so central.
the water flow in the shower was really poor, almost unusable, it was frustrating. the wifi didn't work in the rooms, annoying as the data connectivity was also bad! paying for parking in cash was inconvenient, a card option would be much better.
